Nashville at Night Networking Reception

Saturday, November 8, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. (additional fees/advance purchase required)

Saddle up and join us for a networking reception on Saturday night as we head on down to the famous Wildhorse Saloon in downtown Nashville. Home to country music traditions and dancing, the Wildhorse Saloon is located in the heart of Music City near famous Music Row.

Network with your colleagues (a.k.a. “pardners”) and catch up on the latest while you enjoy true cowboy cuisine (barbecue, corn cakes, potatoes, and s’mores with all the fixins). And maybe you’ll even kick up your heels and learn the latest country music dance steps! The shuttle departs the hotel on Saturday at 4:45 p.m. from the Magnolia Lobby.

Stay at the Wildhorse as long as you wish! All Wildhorse entertainment for the night is included in your registration for the Nashville at Night event. (There may even be a concert that night!) More details about Wildhorse entertainment will be posted at www.wildhorsesaloon.com.

The cost of the event is $65 per person; advance purchase required. Please register for this event along with your conference registration. Guests are welcome.

Note: Registration for this event includes shuttle service that will make stops between the Wildhorse Saloon, the Grand Ole Opry at the Ryman Auditorium, and Opryland Resort until 10 p.m.; and between the Wildhorse Saloon and Opryland Resort until 1:35 a.m.

Hoedown at Opryland (Opening Reception)

Sunday, November 9, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Grab your cowboy and cowgirl hats and boots and get your boot-scootin' boogie on for our opening reception at the Opryland Resort Sunday night! This Southern-style Hoedown is a reception to not be missed! A complete night of entertainment is lined up, including heavy southern-style hors d'oeuvres, a live country and western band, and a line dance instructor. Come network with your colleagues and join us for a great time!
